I agree with Jay Ambrose. You take money out of the private economy so you can put it back in and then assume it now has newly acquired powers? Laughable.
Even more so after you take into account the political brokerage deducted by the bureaucrats (to borrow a phrase from Indiana House Concurrent Resolution Number 2, 1947).
