The Volokh Conspiracy - Jury Power To Decide "Law and Fact" in All Criminal Cases:

I wonder how many Indiana jurors are fully informed on the meaning of the following phrase in our state constitution.

"In all criminal cases whatever, the jury shall have the right to determine the law and the facts."
